Brendan Denne

Denne is a Minnesota native whose childhood was split between Elk River and northern Texas. He stepped into a commercial kitchen for the first time as a teenager working at his local KFC.
Upon moving to Minneapolis in 2014, he began cooking in chef-driven Twin Cities restaurants, where he refined his culinary and leadership skills over more than a decade. Notably, Denne spent five years working under Daniel del Prado as an executive chef of multiple concepts and as assistant culinary director. Most recently, he worked as the culinary director for the Travail Collective (Travail, Pig Ate My Pizza, Italian Eatery, Stargazer).
Denne lives in Minneapolis with his wife and young son, who is learning to make gnocchi.
