Bryan Gooding

Gooding comes from a family with hospitality in its blood. He started working in a local pizza shop as a 14-year-old and has been committed to the industry ever since. Although he has done almost everything there is to do in a restaurant, he is most at home behind the bar, forming genuine relationships with regulars and crafting competition-winning cocktails.
Before opening Risata Cucina, Gooding was the director of operations for Lake & Irving and Pau Hana. He is also an experienced bar program consultant. Gooding believes in treating people well and building community that guests and staff alike can share in.
